Where abouts in Skegness is your caravan?

The caravan is actually located on the Butlins resort, only a short walk away from all the entertainment of Butlins.

If your caravan is on Butlins do I get passes to use all the Butlins facilities?

Yes you do. When you book the caravan you need to give the details of all the people in your party. The passes will then be waiting for you when you arrive.

Is the caravan on your website the one that we will be staying in?

Yes it is. The Cosalt Eclipse was purchased brand new in August 2006 and looks as good now as when it was purchased. To enhance it further we have added a large decking area (shown on the photographs).

Is there a bath in your caravan?

No there isn't, there are 2 showers within the caravan.

What appliances are there in your caravan?

Why are your prices dearer than some other caravans in the area?

We feel that we have priced our caravan to accurately reflect the quality of the accomodation. When it was originally purchased we wanted our stays there to be like a home from home and many of our guests that have stayed have said just that. Couple that with the fact that all your Butlins passes are included, we believe you are getting very good value for money.

Is your caravan really close to the main Butlins attractions?

Its not right next door. All of the caravans are located on the opposite side of the road, you gain access via an underground walkway. From there its only a few minutes walk.

Can I pay for my holiday in installments?

Yes you can, as long as we have the full balance at least 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday then you can pay in as many installments as you like.

Where do I send my payment to?

Firstly you must complete the onsite booking form located here. We will then get in touch and give you full instructions on what to do next.

When will I get my bond back?

The bond will be sent back to you in full (assuming no loss or damages) within 2 weeks of your holiday end date.
